At Hearing Resources we base all of our patient interactions on three principles:

Hearing Resources is not a storefront hearing aid sales place. We are an important adjunct to the ENT Center of Grand Rapids, an extensive, professional ear, nose and throat medical practice. We have a staff of four otologists, three full-time and two part-time audiologists, and professional support personnel.

At Hearing Resources you are an individual patient, not just a customer. The ENT Center and Hearing Resources are able to work together to provide complete medical, surgical or amplification needs. We take our profession seriously and pride ourselves on the ability to evaluate and effectively treat your particular hearing issues.

We keep abreast of the latest in hearing aid research, theory and technology and enjoy working with the latest in innovative technology.

We at Hearing Resources are huge proponents of Loop System Technology. As our gift to the community of Byron Center, our newest office venue, we installed a loop system in the auditorium of the Van Singel Fine Arts Center which is located on the campus of Byron Center High School. You will now be able to hear every word sung or spoken at this venue with amazing clarity via the t-coils in your hearing aids.

We also sell and professionally install home loop systems which enhance the hearing of your TV’s audio system. We are also a distributor for the new MY-T, a wireless, portable TV loop system that you can use at home during the summer months and can easily transport to your winter destinations in the South.
