"In today's busy world it appears to be common practice to complain when things are not as we expect or when people do not meet our expectations. After 10 years and 2 sets of unsatisfactory experience with hearing aids-
which by the way I did not wear, Hearing Resources was recommended to me. I
reluctantly made an appointment to come in. The professionalism and caring
