Allison Pelton has been on staff with our office since 2001. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and continued on to Western Michigan University for her Master’s degree in Audiology.
Allison loves working with the hearing impaired and enjoys being able to help each person achieve the best hearing possible. She finds new technology fun and interesting. She loves being able teach patients how easy it is to use their hearing aids with phones, TV’s, and more.
Although hearing losses may be similar in degree, the way that the hearing loss can effect each individual person and their family members is unique. She will figure out the best techniques for you to succeed with your hearing aids!!
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband Bob, and her 3 school aged boys, Walker, Bishop and Reid. If there is any time left over from her family or work, she loves to pick up a good book and read, or drink a glass of wine.
James Thornburg joined our Hearing Resources Audiology staff in July 2017. He received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
James enjoys working with patients of all ages while forming long term relationships. He finds satisfying the hearing needs of patients to be extremely rewarding, and enjoys learning about new research and technology to pass on to patients to help make them as successful as possible.
Outside of work you can find James enjoying the great outdoors, exploring new restaurants, playing with his dogs Oliver and Izzy and of course watching sports (GO GREEN!)
Lindsay Churches joined our practice in July 2019. She completed her clinical doctorate at Western Michigan University and graduated in 2018 after completing her fellowship at the Michigan Ear Institute. She enjoys working in the areas of hearing aids, implants and balance testing.
When she is not at work, she enjoys visiting used bookstores, vacationing in the U.P and planning her wedding to her fiance Matt.
Grace Greene joined our practice in August 2019. She graduated with her clinical doctorate of audiology in 2017 from Central Michigan University, where she also obtained her bachelor degree in communication disorders. Grace enjoys baking, disc golfing, and watching old movies.
Jessica Bruinius is a licensed audiologist who earned her Master’s degree in Audiology from Wayne State University and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices so she can help you make the best choice in your hearing needs.
Patient Care Coordinator
Shannon joined ENT Center in October 2019. She has loved learning about the process a patient goes through when coming to the office for help with hearing loss. She has an undergraduate in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She loves working with patients and helping out in whatever way she can, be it scheduling, cleaning and repairing hearing aids, or providing information to new patients.
